Cerealis acquires the entire capital of Europasta

Cerealis acquired all the capital of Europasta, one of the largest pasta producers in Central Europe, in which it already had a stake.

This acquisition will allow the Portuguese company to offer "a better service to its European customers, improving efficiency, service levels, product portfolio and reducing CO2 emissions ," Cerealis highlights on its social media.

Europasta's operations, which have a production capacity of approximately 100 tons per year, will also serve as a base for potential new acquisitions in the region, it adds.
