Xerox announces a new global structure in the printing market, aimed at unifying all engagement around its sales channel. This redefinition involves refining its regional focus through a strategy of increasing market share and growing in key solutions.
The new structure will become operational in the second quarter of 2026. This evolution reinforces Xerox's commitment to disciplined execution. To achieve this, there will be partner-led expansion with profitable coverage models.
“ Unifying the Xerox–Lexmark sales model allows us to eliminate redundancies, improve efficiency, and increase our ability to deliver value, while refocusing on revenue driven by profitability and long-term performance ,” explains Jacques-Edouard Gueden, chief revenue officer at Xerox. “ With a market entry model aligned with each region and supported by strong partners and experienced teams, we are building a more focused, efficient, and better-positioned sales engine for the competition .”
Danny Molhoek, president of Western Europe named accounts at Xerox, states that " it is fundamental to continue the work developed, maintaining the focus on engaging clients and partners, with the objective of driving retention, expanding new business and securing new clients." The goal, he mentions, is " to accelerate business and create greater opportunities for cross-selling and mix changes with the IT solutions and digital services teams ."
Global structure aligned with regional realities.
The new structure of the printing market is defined in three regional markets: North America, Western Europe, and the rest of the world. A division dedicated to global print production services will support these markets. In addition, it will have two specialized teams focused on distribution and domestic sales.
Coverage in North America and Western Europe has been redesigned for a unified segmentation model. Direct sales will focus on business and corporate clients. On the other hand, partners will be responsible for expanding areas corresponding to hardware and SME coverage, supported by internal sales. This will reinforce consistency, scalability, and operational simplicity in both regions.
The rest of the world will be organized into two distinct operational units. Asia-Pacific will have a dedicated organization focused on accelerating growth in priority markets through initiatives designed to increase earnings, with a stronger set of partners. Another organization is dedicated to international operations and covers the remaining geographies. It operates under a hybrid cost-efficiency model designed to protect profitability while maintaining a selective focus on growth.
