Tabaqueira welcomes 91 participants to early career programs.

Internships cover areas such as engineering, logistics, finance, and marketing. The graduate program lasts two years and includes rotations across different teams.

Tabaqueira welcomed 91 new participants to its Future in Progress internship and graduate programs, designed for professionals at the beginning of their careers. Since its launch, the initiative has already welcomed around 500 participants.

Internships allow participants to gain work experience, integrate into teams, and receive mentoring throughout the program. Participants are placed in operational areas – including engineering, logistics, planning, quality, and production – corporate functions such as data analysis, finance, and human resources, and commercial areas, namely brand management, digital channels, and customer management.

The graduate program lasts 24 months and involves rotating through different areas of the company via structured rotations. The path combines practical experience and training, with the goal of developing technical and leadership skills.

“ The arrival of these young professionals brings new perspectives, energy and a desire to learn. Future in Progress is an opportunity to develop talent in a real business context, allowing participants to grow professionally while contributing to our goals ,” says Julia Denzel, Director of People & Culture at Tabaqueira.

Over the next few months, participants will collaborate on projects within their respective teams and interact with different functions within the company, which is part of the Philip Morris International group.
