González Byass distributes Botran rum in Portugal and Spain.

González Byass has reached an agreement with Casa Botran for the distribution and development of the Botran rum brand in Portugal and Spain.

The alliance between their family companies will boost the presence of rums Botran 8, Botran 12, Botran 18 Solera 1893 and Botran Cobre.

Casa Botran rums are made with concentrated sugarcane juice, also called virgin honey, which is extracted from the first pressing of this sugarcane and has the nutrients and flavor of the volcanic lands of Guatemala.

El Corte Inglés is celebrating 25 years in Portugal with the launch of a commemorative collection developed in partnership with national brands and an advertising campaign featuring 66 employees. These initiatives precede the anniversary of the opening of the brand's first department stores in the country, on November 23, 2001, which also marked the beginning of the Spanish group's international expansion.
