From May 23rd to 25th, the WOW craft beer festival takes place. During the three days, there are over 150 different craft beers to sample, accompanied by good music and many traditional snacks, from bread with chorizo to steak sandwiches, from francesinha to caldo verde (kale soup).

These will be the brands present: 12 Marias, Bila, Burguesa, Canil, Deuses do Malte, Going Gremlin, La Rosa, Lovecraft, Praxis, Rima, Sovina, Tough Love and Vadia (Portugal), Cerdos Voladores (Spain), Delirium, Gulden Draak (Belgium) and La Trappe (Netherlands). They will bring everything from classic Lager, Stout, IPA, Dubbel, Pilsner and Weiss beers, to unique and bolder creations, such as barrel-aged Imperial Stouts, among other wine influences and even non-alcoholic options.

Free entry

According to the organization, entry is free. Those who wish to consume something must purchase the official event cup, which costs three euros. Those who have a cup from previous editions of Craft can bring and reuse it, thus not having to pay any amount. The price of the available craft beers starts at two euros.

The musical program will be provided by DJs Rui Biscaia, Mescal, Peixinho, King Korn and Pika.

Craft beer starts at 18 PM and the party goes on until 1 AM. On Saturday, the taps open at 15 PM and the kegs are changed until 1 AM. On Sunday, the party starts at 15 PM and this last day of the sixth edition ends at 20 PM. Remember to keep your cup to reuse at future editions.
