Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) recorded revenues of €1.065 million in the third quarter of 2025 in Iberia (Portugal, Spain and Andorra), an increase of 1,3% compared to 2024, with the Portuguese market showing positive growth that offset the slight decrease recorded in Spain.
In the first nine months of the year, Iberian revenues totaled €2.620 million, remaining in line with the same period last year.
Volume in the region remained virtually stable, supported by strong performance in Portugal, where the portfolio of premium and functional brands has been gaining ground with consumers.
Fuze Tea, Monster, and Aquarius are among the best-performing brands.
Fuze Tea consolidated its leadership in the ready-to-drink (RTD) tea category, benefiting from a faster and more effective brand transition from Nestea than anticipated. Excluding the tea segment, total volume in Iberia grew at a low single-digit rate, with notable growth in Portugal.
The Monster and Aquarius brands maintained a trajectory of strong expansion, driven by the growing demand for energy and sports drinks. CCEP also launched the American brand BodyArmor in Spain at the end of the third quarter, reinforcing its offering of functional beverages.
Revenue per unit case increased both in the quarter and year-to-date, reflecting the positive impact of price increases and the product mix , which combined innovation with a greater focus on premium ranges.
Sustained growth in Europe
Across Europe, revenues reached €4.194 million in the third quarter (up 3,8% compared to 2024), while volume grew by 0,9%. CCEP highlights the robust performance in the UK and French markets, with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Monster driving growth, supported by high-profile activation campaigns.
In the Australia-Pacific and Southeast Asia (APS) region, the company reported revenues of €1.216 million in the quarter, a 0,2% decrease on a comparable basis, affected by currency factors and a more challenging macroeconomic environment, particularly in Indonesia.
“2025 continues to be a solid year for CCEP, reflecting the strength of our major brands, the commitment of our team and the strong relationships with our partners and customers,” says Damian Gammell, CEO of CCEP. “In Europe, we returned to volume growth for another quarter, even in a context of lower demand. And in Asia-Pacific we continue to drive underlying growth, despite macroeconomic challenges.”
Global value and resilience strategy
CCEP reinforced its position as a leader in revenue growth among large Fast Moving Consumer Goods groups in the non-alcoholic ready-to-drink (NARTD) beverage category, with market share gains in value of 20 basis points in the channels measured up to September.
“We remain at the forefront of creating value for our customers, with a balanced approach between premiumization and accessibility ,” emphasizes Damian Gammell. “Despite global economic uncertainty, we maintain our resilience and focus on expanding categories, supported by strategic collaborations such as the English Premier League and the Star Wars saga.”
The executive also highlights the strong operating cash flow and sustained dividend growth, accompanied by record investments in the future and the continuation of the share buyback program.
Outlook for the end of 2025
In light of these results, CCEP reaffirmed its forecasts for the year as a whole, expecting annual revenue growth of between 3% and 4% and an increase of approximately 7% in operating profit. Investment in fixed capital (CAPEX) will represent approximately 5% of revenue, reflecting the commitment to efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
