Avicasal has launched LaCarte, a new food brand that aims to progressively bring together different product categories.
The debut is in the charcuterie category, with a range consisting of Leg Ham, Shoulder Ham and Creole Sausage, the latter available in traditional and spicy versions.
Charcuterie is the starting point.
According to the company, the new brand was designed to keep pace with evolving consumer habits and is expected to expand into other food categories in the future. LaCarte aims to function as a cross-functional brand within Avicasal's portfolio, bringing together solutions geared towards different occasions and lifestyles.
In the first phase, the range focuses on products intended for both everyday consumption and sharing moments, from quick meals and sandwiches to charcuterie boards and snacks.
Avicasal plans to expand its brand to new categories.
“The launch of LaCarte represents a milestone in Avicasal's growth strategy ,” says Artur Tomaz, the company's commercial director.
The person in charge explains that the brand was created with the potential to evolve "far beyond charcuterie ," bringing together different categories under a common concept of quality, convenience, and innovation.
"The charcuterie is the starting point of a project that will continue to grow, keeping up with new consumption trends and consumer expectations ," he adds.
La Carte will be available at major retailers nationwide.
