Tetley is the Consumer Choice 2022

Tetley has once again been awarded twice as the Consumer Choice Award for 2022, in the Tea Bags and Ice Tea categories.

The Tetley tea brand has been recognized by Consumer Choice – a consumer satisfaction assessment center – for the ninth consecutive time.

Categories

Teltey tea bags have achieved a satisfaction rating of 88% for the ninth consecutive time, with practicality, aroma, variety of available flavors, and tea properties being the attributes most valued by the Portuguese.

In the Ice Tea category, Tetley achieved a satisfaction rating of 78%, an award already won in seven previous editions. The evaluation revealed that the attributes most relevant to the Portuguese were the taste and the fact that it is refreshing.

Although 56% of participants in an international Ipsos study believe that artificial intelligence is having a positive impact on the world, trust in the technology is beginning to show signs of erosion, especially among younger consumers and in previously enthusiastic markets. The “Ipsos Global Trends 2026” report shows a decline in the positive perception of AI among 16-34 year olds and identifies growing concern about the effects of the technology on employment, society, and daily life.
