TCL, one of the fastest-growing television brands in the world, will begin selling its best products in Portugal at Worten, Fnac, and Media Markt.
Founded in 1981, TCL has been developing over the past 30 years, currently positioning itself among the leading manufacturers of the most efficient televisions in the world, due to its vertical integration. It is the only Chinese brand of vertically integrated televisions. All products are designed by in-house collaborators, such as the LCD panels and backlight modules. The C76 series models are among the best-selling products in Europe.
The group's manufacturing capabilities and international expansion allow the company to prioritize innovation. In 2019, a specialized center for the production of 65- and 75-inch panels was inaugurated. Also this year, TCL invested approximately seven billion dollars in 8K technology. “ Our technological expertise has positioned the company among television manufacturers globally. We will continue to work diligently to fulfill our commitment to innovation and the continuous offering of cutting-edge technologies and products to our customers, ” states Tomson Li, Chairman and CEO of TCL Corporation.
TCL's sales network comprises four regional business centers: China, North America, Europe, and emerging markets, covering distribution in 130 countries globally.
TCL's expansion in Portugal is planned, which will contribute to the organization's overall growth. Worten is the main distributor in the national market, which will also have consumer electronics equipment sold at Fnac and Thomson brand products at Media Markt. The latter retailer will receive TCL products starting in September.
