Sérgio Silva Monteiro inaugurates Logistics Platform at the Port of Leixões

The Douro, Leixões and Viana do Castelo Port Authority (APDL) is inaugurating today, July 29th, at its headquarters, the new Leixões Logistics Platform, a ceremony attended by the Secretary of State for Transport, Dr. Sérgio Silva Monteiro.

This new investment, totaling €165 million, will make a decisive contribution to the development of the Port of Leixões, as well as to the Porto Metropolitan Area, " given the optimal conditions for attracting and establishing logistics and distribution hubs ," the statement said.

With an area of 70 hectares, the Logistics Platform is divided into two poles, with the Luis Simões Group warehouse, which is now being inaugurated, and the future Intermodal Railway Terminal, under the responsibility of REFER, located in pole 2.

More than half of the advertising content analyzed in a sample of Portuguese digital influencers was not correctly identified as advertising.
