Nestlé launches cereals with organic ingredients.

Nestlé has just launched Chocapic Bio and Cheerios Bio breakfast cereals, the first range of organic cereals for children.

These new products contain organically produced ingredients and feature whole grains as the number one ingredient, with no artificial colors or flavors and no palm oil. “ Although all meals are important, breakfast, being the first of the day, plays a special role. After the sleep period, during which the body is fasting, it is necessary to ensure the energy and nutrients needed to start the day. Improving the quality of life of Portuguese families and contributing to a healthier future is Nestlé's purpose, and this innovation in the breakfast cereal segment reflects just that ,” says Ana Leonor Perdigão, Nutrition, Health and Wellness Manager at Nestlé Portugal.

Although 56% of participants in an international Ipsos study believe that artificial intelligence is having a positive impact on the world, trust in the technology is beginning to show signs of erosion, especially among younger consumers and in previously enthusiastic markets. The “Ipsos Global Trends 2026” report shows a decline in the positive perception of AI among 16-34 year olds and identifies growing concern about the effects of the technology on employment, society, and daily life.
