Following the process of remodeling its store network in Portugal, Lidl is opening the Cascais-Tires and Lousã stores, now fully renovated and with reinforced teams.
Integrated into the current Lidl store concept, already implemented in many other areas of the country, the new Lidl stores in Cascais-Tires and Lousã prioritize simplicity and efficiency to provide a more pleasant and convenient shopping experience for all customers.
The new store in Tires, one of six Lidl stores in the municipality of Cascais, replaces the previous one that was demolished and now has a new location on Rua Manuel Vieira Rosa. With a sales area of approximately 1.400 square meters, it was rebuilt in an investment that involved the creation of 10 new jobs, bringing the total to 191 in the municipality.
In Lousã, the only store in the municipality, located at Rua Corpo de Deus No. 1, has been completely remodeled, now boasting an area of 1.300 square meters and providing employment for 28 employees, with three new hires.
The stores also offer bakery services, where dozens of varieties of bread and pastries are available daily, with a machine for custom bread slicing.
