Leroy Merlin has opened its new store in the city of Castelo Branco, continuing its expansion process throughout the country.
The new Leroy Merlin Castelo Branco is the result of the transformation of the AKI store that was located on the same site. This transformation is part of the convergence process between Leroy Merlin and AKI, both brands belonging to the Adeo Group. From this process, announced in June 2018, a single company was born in January 2019, uniting the two companies and brands.

Located near the city's industrial zone, next to Forum Castelo Branco, Leroy Merlin Castelo Branco boasts over 2.600 square meters of sales area. The new store offers a diverse range of products, services, and solutions for DIY, decoration, kitchen, bathroom, and garden, complemented by its online presence where over 120 products can be found.
Leroy Merlin Castelo Branco also offers three spaces with inspirational environments for decorating the home and a space dedicated to kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and ceramic tile projects.
Customers also have access to self-checkout kiosks and services such as a color center, made-to-order sales, financing, home delivery and installation, as well as 2-hour Click & Drive lockers.
The opening hours of the new store in Castelo Branco are from 9 am to 20 pm, Monday to Saturday and public holidays, and from 9 am to 17 pm on Sundays.
