Lenovo announces the launch of the new Yoga S940, Yoga A940, and Yoga C730, developed to offer greater responsiveness to the evolving needs of users through intelligent features.
Lenovo's new devices are arriving on the market equipped with AMOLED technology and Yoga Mouse with Laser Presenter.
Yoga S940
With the shift in the work paradigm and the Gig Economy becoming an increasingly important trend, typical work meetings are giving way to video conferences in a wide variety of locations. The new Yoga S940 allows for automatic filtering of ambient noise or background blurring, which can cause distraction during video calls.
The smart sensors in the new Yoga S940 detect the user's absence and automatically lock the screen. It can also detect when someone looks over the user's shoulder, automatically blocking information and other confidential data. The Mirametrix platform helps increase productivity by analyzing the user's fatigue level and emotions.
The new S9401 features Lenovo Smart Assistant, which allows you to work with a secondary screen, as this system can automatically track movements and move open windows and content to an external monitor.
This system includes the option to log in via facial recognition and also Windows Hello. This solution allows voice matching and authentication to be done using only the user's own voice when speaking to Amazon Alexa or Microsoft Cortana, from anywhere in the room.
It also includes a new simultaneous language transcription and translation feature so that any word spoken in English or Mandarin can be automatically transcribed and translated.
The Yoga S940 can also automatically adjust settings to make the most of the 15 hours of battery life available in FHD.
Weighing 1,2 kilograms and measuring 12,2 millimeters thick, the new ultra-thin laptop features Windows 10, an Intel Core processor, 16 gigabytes of LPDDR3 memory, and up to one terabyte of PCIe 5 SSD storage. It also boasts a 4K HDR display with up to 500 nits of peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and a Dolby Atmos Speaker System with intelligent audio amplifiers.
The Yoga S940 is the world's first laptop with Contour Glass, which allows for a reduction in the thickness of the device's bezel, making its design more elegant.
Yoga A940
The new all-in-one desktop, in addition to being equipped with Windows 10, also features a creative 4K IPS touchscreen display with Dolby Vision.
The monitor on the new Yoga A940 has the advantage of achieving a 25-degree field of view, allowing the user to enjoy a sensation similar to drawing on paper. Users can draw or take notes using a digital pen.

Lenovo's new equipment also offers the Lenovo Precision Dial controller, developed especially for designers, photographers, and videographers, which allows for precise selection and adjustment of content without the need for a digital pen. The device can be placed on either side of the monitor. The Lenovo Precision Dial can be optimized using programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom 8, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The new Yoga A940 also offers the possibility of working with content on a larger screen, equipped with 4K Dolby Vision and a Dolby Atmos speaker system, for rich and dynamic audio. In addition to the integrated front speakers, the Yoga A940 also has a second set of speakers under the rotating screen, ensuring powerful sound, even in drawing mode.
The Yoga A940 features Lenovo Smart Assistant, integrating intelligent functions designed to increase productivity, such as eighth-generation Intel Core i7 processors, AMD Radeon RX 560, 32 gigabytes of DDR4 RAM, and up to 512 gigabytes of PCIe SSD or up to two terabytes of SATA HDD storage.
Yoga-C730
To enhance user entertainment, the new Yoga C730 is equipped with JBL speakers and Dolby Atmos, offering immersive audio. Despite emitting a reduced amount of blue light, which is harmful to users' health, Lenovo's new 15-inch convertible laptop features a 4K AMOLED display, offering a high degree of color clarity and contrast.
Yoga-C730
The new Yoga C730 2-in-1 features eighth-generation Intel Core i7 processors, Windows Ink for digital pen input, Windows Hello for instant login, and two intelligent visual assistants, Cortana and Alexa.2
