A new edition of the Best Store in Portugal kicks off on July 23rd. Once again, the crown for the best physical and online stores in Portugal will be up for grabs. Grande Consumo[Company Name], in partnership with Q&A, wants to know if your company is the best retailer in Portugal.
We are once again asking consumers to help us choose the best retailer in Portugal, both physical and online stores, across the various competition categories. If your brand receives at least 380 votes and the highest final score, it will be able to use the title of Best Store in Portugal for one year.
Originating in the Netherlands, where the first edition took place in 2003, the Retailer of the Year selection process now extends to nine countries in Europe, including Portugal. Every year, retailers from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands compete for the prestigious title of Retailer of the Year – Best Store and Best Online Store in their respective countries, now also available to retail brands operating in Portugal.
Consumers rate retailers in different eligible categories based on their performance in 10 aspects: price, campaigns and special offers, product quality, diversity of offerings, specialization, customer relations, service, first impression, shopping experience, and credibility. The retailer with the highest score is crowned the best of that year in its category and country, chosen, naturally, by consumers, who may also be rewarded.
