The new variety of corn crackers from the Gran Pavesi brand arrives on the national market through Ferbar, as part of an investment strategy focused on offering increasingly healthy products, keeping up with the latest market trends.

These new crackers, made with whole corn flour, are ideal for break times, being a very light yet flavorful product. The shape remains classic, but thinner, with a yellow color and a slightly salty touch on the surface. The flavor is typical of corn and the texture is very crunchy.

The new Gran Pavesi corn crackers have the unique feature of containing approximately 30% less fat than traditional versions, while maintaining the characteristic crispness and flavor of corn. Furthermore, they contain no palm oil.

Although 56% of participants in an international Ipsos study believe that artificial intelligence is having a positive impact on the world, trust in the technology is beginning to show signs of erosion, especially among younger consumers and in previously enthusiastic markets. The “Ipsos Global Trends 2026” report shows a decline in the positive perception of AI among 16-34 year olds and identifies growing concern about the effects of the technology on employment, society, and daily life.
