A study by PwC indicates that 40% of Spaniards would pay an extra fee to receive their online purchases on the same day.

When asked about the factors that lead them to buy from one retailer over another, besides price, 29% of consumers mentioned fast deliveries and another 29% mentioned a good return policy.

Free returns are considered by 76% of Spaniards to be one of the most attractive services offered by retailers, and for shoppers over 65, the possibility of choosing delivery times is particularly important.

The study also indicates that consumers are more concerned with the method and speed of delivery than with who actually makes the delivery. 36% of consumers are considering drones as a possible delivery method.

More than half of the advertising content analyzed in a sample of Portuguese digital influencers was not correctly identified as advertising. This conclusion comes from the first data from #Pub – Hashtag Pub, a Portuguese platform that uses artificial intelligence to monitor posts on Instagram and TikTok. The tool analyzed 2.113 posts from 780 influencers, identifying potential irregularities.
