E-commerce is advancing faster than global business.

The company considers that the digital channel continues to represent an important commercial opportunity, supported by the development of its own websites and sales through online platforms and retailers . Growth in this channel significantly exceeded the overall evolution of sales.

L'Oréal also highlights that the accumulated growth was driven predominantly by the evolution of the product mix and volumes, and not just by price updates.

Innovation continues to underpin growth.

Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of L'Oréal, attributes the group's performance to the execution of its innovation strategy and the strengthening of its presence in different categories and geographies. The company intends to continue investing in innovation, digital channels, and artificial intelligence to enhance its competitiveness.

The results show that the beauty market continues to offer growth opportunities, although differences between regions and divisions confirm the need for differentiated business strategies.

For consumer goods operators, L'Oréal's performance reinforces the importance of innovation, premiumization , and e-commerce in the evolution of the hygiene and beauty categories.
