100 Montaditos opens new restaurant in Miami.

The new restaurant, located in Little Havana, has a total area of 450 square meters and creates more than 30 jobs.

Restalia has strengthened the presence of 100 Montaditos in the United States with the opening of a new restaurant on 8th Street in Little Havana, Miami. The establishment has 250 square meters of interior space and 200 square meters of outdoor seating, creating more than 30 jobs.

The inauguration was attended by authorities, businesspeople, and representatives from Miami's cultural and social scene, including Cuban artist Willy Chirino, who participated in the unveiling of the "Lucky 8," an element associated with the new space.

Miami as a growth hub

The restaurant is managed by the Miami Master Franchise, as part of the brand's expansion strategy through partners with knowledge of the local market. Its location on 8th Street, one of the city's main cultural and social thoroughfares, aims to strengthen 100 Montaditos' connection to the Latino community and attract tourists to the area.

The brand already has several restaurants in the Miami area, namely in Coral Way, Doral, Miami Lakes, Midtown, Pembroke Pines and West Kendall. The United States is therefore considered one of the priority markets for the brand's international growth.

“ The United States is a priority market for us, and Miami represents a key gateway due to its cultural affinity with our concept. This new opening in Miami reinforces our commitment to continue growing in the country, in collaboration with local partners and bringing our concept closer to new consumers ,” says José María Capitán, founder of 100 Montaditos.

A concept with an international presence.

Founded in 2000, 100 Montaditos has been in operation for over 25 years and has developed a restaurant model based on a varied menu, competitive prices, and sharing at the table.

According to the company, this new opening in Miami not only reinforces its international presence, but also demonstrates the strength of a concept that continues to grow, evolve, and conquer new markets without abandoning its roots.
